5.1 Site Preparation: You must ensure that the site is prepared for installation. This includes obtaining any necessary permits and clearing obstructions.
5.2 Maintenance Responsibilities: Regular maintenance of the solar system is essential. Specific maintenance tasks may be outlined in your contract.

6. Warranty

We offer a limited warranty on our products and services. The warranty period and terms are specified in your contract. Warranty claims must be submitted in writing within the warranty period.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for:
1. Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
2. Loss of revenue, profits, or data.
3. Damages resulting from system downtime or failure due to external factors.

8. Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights related to our Services, including designs, trademarks, and materials, remain the exclusive property of RED Solar. You may not use or reproduce these without our prior written consent.
